hey guys, i wonder if anyone knows how how i can connect my blackberry 9500 to my vista laptop, i have latest desktop manager and i know my data cable works coz i installed desktop manager on my freinds xp pc an it connected easy. when i plug usb cable in without desktop manager laptop says((( usb not recognized, 1 of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it))) and if i open the desktop manager before connecting the cable it says,, please connect your device and asks for a pin but when i go to enter a pin none of the laptop letters andd numbers will work. i hope somebody can help any advice will be much appriciated. thanks
what brand of laptop is it? I know acer had an issue with this happining. You had to install a exe file and everything worked normally then. It was with only vista too.
