Hi i have read the sticky and have tried everyting to connect my pc to my xbox, and still nothing I have a D-LINK Dsl-604 wireless 4 port router . Using FlashFXP to try to connect and nothing. I have also tried a Hawking 5 port ethernet swtich model HFS5T. NOthing. Tried to disable the firewall as well. XBOX IP 192.168.0.103 PC IP 192.168.0.3 MASK 255.255.255.0 SUBNET MASK 255.255.255.0 GATE 192.168.0.1 GATEWAY 192.168.0.1 in the corner of the network menu it says IP 192.168.0.2 and when I goto the NETWORK MENU AND GOTO IP ADDRESS IT SAYS IP 192.168.0.103 Any help or suggestions please.
in your dashboard go into settings and manually edit the network settings...you may need to change to static ip to get the changes to stick. xbox ip: 192.168.0.5 subnet: 255.255.255.0 gateway: 192.168.0.3(should be same as pc ip)
