Cannot Delete mljjjhi.dll

    So
    Ive tried deleting it obviously, standard and safe mode, have dried deregistering it in the cmd mode have tried killbox, tried HiJackThis, have tried AD-Aware, tried killing it then shuttind down the expolrer NOTHING works, does anybody know of a solution for this Im ready to stab the Developers in the throats.
