Cannot detect sound card

    i reinstalled windows on my computer and now the sound on my computer doesnt work. so i knew it would be a problem with my sound card. when i go to my device manager to find out wat graphics card it is ti reinstall my driver it cannot detect what driver it is.., how can i fix this

    what is the make & model# of the computer or motherboard?
