Cannot determine file type in Virtual Dub

    i downloaded avi file (the others.avi exactly) and it doesn't work. I tried to open it and recode in many programs from vdub to adobe premire....it don't play in players...but only open in VideoLan but when i go to another position in movie the video blurs for few seconds and back to normal...audio work fine...i tried divxfix but says that is not avi file....PLease help me ....i think that is something that i can do because it plays in VLan...but my ideas ended

    Download a program called gspot from the software section of this type and check if you have the appropriate codecs!!

    yeah i have it...it says video- ogg media stream can't find a name in video format....in audio - ogg vorbis....i searched and i can't find ogg codecs...i couldn't find any on vorbis website...please help

    there is 1 more thing that makes me wonder....why in VideLan i got audio.....i hear normal audio (talks etc.) but gspot says that i don't got taht codec installed?

    did gspot say anything for the video stream??

    well yes but nothing that have sense for me....
    in stream type...etc type application/x-ogg I/l not supported..i nvideo format 4cc ?¦çw/ name unkown aspect 0 x 0 (-1.#IO : 1) bilrate...framerat. others n/a.....if someone want i can send screenshot...maybe it will help

    Thats just confusing isnt it!! weird movie file man, sorry i dont really know what to do!
