Hello all. I cannot download my vids from my camera for the life of me. I have a SAnyo HD700. I have Adobe Premire Elements 3.0, Adobe Photoshop SE,Xacti screen capture and Quicktime and just cannot get the videos off this camera. Any ideas?
Do you record the video on removable media, like SDHC? Can you just Browse it in explorer and just drag it to your hard drive?
Yes on a SD card. I put it in a reader and my computer doesnt pick it up. I also set the camera in the dock and USB with nothing. I did notice that my Adobe photoshop picks it up and it looks like it downloading. Takes some time, you can see each video loading. But then I doulble click it to play and it opens, I hear like 1/2 second of sound then stops and the picture turns hazy white and says not responding. This camera is not worth it. On my digital camera I record,plug in, open, download, then watch. Very easy.
