Hi All. Bought 5 Receivers for my brothers and sisters. I was able to download and the GTROM and 257.api.bin and upload 4 of the 5 boxes. When I connect to the 5th box and try and download I get a sg box with " Failed to Update. Do you want to retry ". Anyone any Ideas how to get the connection working. I am able to connect to the tv and see all the menus and tune in, but all the staions are scrambled, hence I am trying to down grade to 257eE to follow the "turn on emu" TX Danny
.connect one of the working starviews to the broken one using the null modem cable and do a software transfer. this may fix your problem.
