aoe III and the sims 2
can't copy them for some reason.
for the sims i found that its safe disk 2/3
i used alchol 120/cd clone and did the following
the datatype to safedisk 2/3 or
proctected cd game -----both attempts stopped after .3% and "i get a read disk error" or something
i ran a-ray scanner to figure this out like noted in the above threads so im not jumping the gun here

all im trying to do is to copy the play disk so im not stealing my brothers when he wants to play.

prob 2 -----alcohol or cd clone does the same to aoe 3 except the type of encription or whatever i cant seem to find as a profile/datatype

Sounds like you need a new burner. My AOE 3 game image burned perfectly with alchy using the safedisk 2/3 option and fast skip disk error checked. I did not have any problems.

    1) People come here to help others on there FREE time,
If you cant wait more than a couple hours your in the wrong place.

    2)
    PIRACY is NOT condoned here.

Purchase YOUR OWN copy of the games rather than copy
someone else's and you wont have these problems.

You wont find help pirating games here.

Same house hold? If its the same house I don't see a problem with that. You shouldn't have to buy two copies to play over a lan...

Umm I hardly think that has anything to do with the prices for games. Games take YEARS to make. That is a lot of cash to pay for all the programers/developers. Company of heroes took like 3 or 4. Programmers aren't cheap :). WoW took about 4 also.
