Please help I bought a eurobox yesterday and tried it last night, the supplier I purchased is from gave me a pin number, told me to connect it up with my tv, go to gast install type in pin and it will load everything for me. After various attempts of doing this it still doesnt work, it wont load any channels as there is no transonder, please help, it really is doing my head in. Am in liverpool
Have you got your Feed pluged into the RF in and not the ANT at the back, also what pin number did he give you?
Hi the feed is plugged in correctly and the pin I was given is 0000 but I have been advised another number to search channels on and he is unsure what the code for liverpool is
Do a Factory Default by pressing ,(Menu) pull right to (Config) pull down then (OK) on (Clear Data) enter 0000 for your pin then highlight (factory default) and press-(OK) then (OK) on your symbol rate which is 6952. Now that you have completed the Factory default you can scan for your channels, go back to the (Menu) screen then (installation) and (OK) on (User Installation) again enter 0000 as your pin, Now press the yellow button for (Power Scan) new screen will load, start at 100.00, stop at 850.00, sybol rate set to 6952, leave the other 2 symbol rates, stp set to 8 then ok to scan.
