cannot get my staeview working

    hi there, i have being away in oz for the last 10 months and i have tryed to set up my starbox again but the codes i have entered are not working. can you please give me some info on what i can do.

    Update your firmware to the latest version
    Or
    Do a factory setting, Re-Scan and turn on key emu, press ok on set default key, manually enter keys(not available on this site but google is your friend)
