I don't even know where to begin. I'm really bummed that I spent this much money on a card that wont even install into my system.
There is a lot of history (a weeks worth) on this project but I'll just tell you where I'm at and we'll go from there

I can't get any drivers to load for the Vistiontek TV Wonder 650 HD PCIe on my vista 32bit system. It will install just fine on my other system that uses a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard and the exact same version of Vista. In fact, it just auto detected it and media center played just fine.

On my current system that uses an Intel DG33FB motherboard at first the driver fully installed using the cd that came with the product but media center error'd out. No matter what I did I would get a message from Vista Media Center that said no tuner detected and I would get a poppup that said something about Windows Media Center Receiver Service had failed and that message would keep popping up until I uninstalled the driver for the tv tuner card. Eventually I got to the point where I am now where the driver wont even install at all! Now I can't even get the driver to install at all no matter what driver that I try to load. I get the message that says:

    ATI Unified AVStream Driver

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element

It just plain wont install. Here's a screenshot:

I've tried updating the bios, chipset drivers, configuring the bios, logging into safe mode and using an uninstaller to completely remove all ATI drivers....

I don't know what else to try. I've loaded the ATI drivers (several versions), I've tried the visiontek drivers, I've tried the Vista microsoft drivers, I don't know what happened to prevent me from installing this card. I've moved it to different pcie slots on the motherboard yadda yadda yadda. I'm at my wits end

*update* 4/9/8 - After spending hours playing with drivers, service packs and windows settings and configurations I was ready to give up. At the very end of my battle and almost ready to throw in the towel and take this bloody thing back, I tried force loading just the driver from Visiontek (7-10_vista.exe) It actually installed!!! I was then able to install Snapstream Beyond TV and everything finally worked. I'm not using the ATI Theatre software, just the driver. However, I am still constantly getting pestered with the Media Center error even if I'm not using Vista Media Center. There error says "Windows Media Center Receiver Service stopped working and was closed". As long as I have the TV Wonder Driver installed I keep getting this error. I've searched all over the internet to find a solution and get this resolved. Here is a pic of the error:
