Hello there. I have twice downloaded convert x to DVD and I was ready to purchase it. There are 3 options. You can enter a old key,try now or you can buy now. Whenever I've clicked on buy now nothing happens! You can enter a old key or try it but not buy it. I removed the program from my computer and then tried to buy it again. Got the same result. I could not buy it. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before?
Nope....I purchased it early last year, and use it regularly to convert avi/DivX files successfully. I also paid extra and got the actual software disc. Well worth purchasing "Great Program". You may want to post your issue to there forum for answers.
