Cannot Read From The Source File Or Disk Error

    In about 1 out of every 50-100 discs, I get this error when I try to copy burned dvds to my hard drive. What might be the cause of this? I use IMG Burn to burn the discs. This isnt a major issue now cuz I can just find the original discs, but I wonder what went wrong. I have taken the original, burned new copies, and those could copy to the hard drive just fine.

    Can you provide the Imgburn log?

    I looked through the logs and cannot find these specific discs.
