Cannot run DVD flick in Vista!

    Hello. I am new to this board, and wanted to seek some help with my DVD Flick. I had the version 06 on my computer, with XP, and it worked great for the last year. Then I got a laptop, and installed the NEW version 07 into it. It never lined the audio up to the lips, ranged from a millisecond to about 15 seconds at the worst. Then it just stopped working altogether! On my tower computer, I had also upgraded to the 07 version, and had the same problem, but it never worked, always said there was a problem encoding the audio. Here is the log on my laptop computer:
