Can't Back Up DVD's Using XCOPY With ND3500AG

    I have a Dell computer using XP Pro. I have recently purchased and installed an internal NEC ND3500AG DVD Writer. I have installed DVDXCOPY Xpress 3.2.1.0. Everything seems OK until I try to backup my DVD's. I have a message which says 'cannot write archive.txt' The next screen says 'dwwin.exe - Application Error'
    A breakpoint has been reached
    (0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x77f75a58
    Click on OK to terminate the program
    Click on CANCEL to debug the program

    Either terminating or debugging the program leads to the computer hanging up.

    I have used DVDXCOPY Xpress successfully with an external Pioneer 107 and an internal Pioneer 108 on other computers.

    Can someone out there please help me!!!
