Chappelle's show is a multisession DVD and thus is more difficult to backup than a conventional movie. I have had no problem backing both this as well as season 1 up using DVD X Copy platinum on "simple" mode...both work flawlessly. Your situation is a little different, however, as you are using shrink and decryptor. Although I have yet to try it, a friend of mine claims that with the newest version of decryptor, he has had no problem backing up Chappelle's Show. Make sure you have the most up to date version and give it a shot...although it might be more difficult now since the DVD Decryptor site has been taken down. Give it a shot and good luck!

ok, here is the problem I am getting....I decrypt in dvd decrypter and for some reason I now get two files: an .ISO and a .MDS. for each disc I try. I drag them into DVD shrink and I get the following error: DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to seek in "ISO file" ". Any suggestions?

@puffy: Episodic DVDs are not multisession. Multisession is when you burn a disc but do not finalize it so that later on you can add more to it.

@matthew: DVD Decrypter and dvd shrink should work just fine, as long as you have the latest version of decrypter (3.5.4). To open ISO files in Shrink you need to click File, Open disc image. Open Files only works with the VIDEO_TS folder and VOB files. It doesn't matter which file you pick, ISO or MDS, both will do the same thing. In Decrypter, it yells at you if you don't pick the MDS file.
