Can't boot Mario Superstar Baseball Through Phoenix 2.3

    I can boot other games such as Mario Party 4, and Mario Kart Double Dash, but I cant seem to load Mario Superstar Baseball.I get into the ACL 1.4 loader, then it shows me a few warning messages, nintendo symbol, and I hear a second or so of music, and then the connection dies. I've switched my settings to 10mbps half duplex, changed ip address correctly - I dont know what to do.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    2 options.

    1) Update to Phoenix 2.5
    2) Buy the game. It may be one of the ones that are protected against streaming methods.
