I currently have 1 gig of ram, using nero 6.6, using exactly identitcal 2 Toshiba 12X burners. However, when burning multiple burners, it always comes up to 4X no matter if I use 8X discs, even if I set the burning speed on Maximum. What is the problem with this? Is there a problem with the burner?
I cannot give you the answer you seek. I do however recommend that you only burn at 4X, the faster the burn the more problems seem to occurr.
I'm with Gwen, the fastest I've ever burned was 8x, but I try to do it at 4x. But check your firmware that could be it. And isn't dual burner burning still up in the air as to the quality?
