Cant burn to external burner!

    I have an External 8X DVD ±RW/±R USB 2.0 Drive from I/O Magic and i cant burn to it using shrink or nero or any other burning software i've tried. I can open and copy a dvd from my external dvd drive and burn it to a blank dvd in my internal dvd drive. WHY CAN'T I BURN TO MY EXTERNAL DRIVE??? PLEASE HELP!

    Do you have a firewall? If you do, you may need to turn it off ...

    You might want to check over in the other forum catgories about DVD burner issues. This is the DVD Recorder (that hooks to the TV) forum.
    I'm sure you'll get more precise help there than you will here.
