Three problems for sure. 1 Your blank disc are junk. You may be able to burn some of them at a slower speed [4x to 8x] I use Ritek G04 or G05. Most here will say Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim are the ones to buy. 2 The DMA is off. See this post to fix the problem. 3 You are burning to fast. Most will say never burn at more than half the rated speed of the media. In this case it would be 8x. I only burn at 4x. It is only going to save you 10 or 15 minutes. After all the time you spend ripping and encoding, what is the rush. Edit Nero API version: 7.2.0.3 I did some searching and the Nero version you have has bugs. You need and update. I am not a Nero user, but I am sure someone will post the version you should get. Sony DRU-830A firmware update. GMA-4020B firmware update. I would use the A108 not the A109
You also have Roxio's drivers installed and could be creating a conflict with burning. I would suggest removing Roxio in it's entirety: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
Logs contain so much info and we often key on what we think most important, so we may sometimes leave things out. That's why a log is often best covered by a group effort.
