i have a problem and i wonder if you can help me. i have a nvidia graffic card ,a creative soundcard a cheap video capturing card and a 2Ghz celeron procesor with 512 ram running on windows xp. the problem is that when i try to capture video i have no problem except on extremely high resolution. but when i try to capture video with audio on i cant. everything blocks and every time i have to restart my computer to capture again because my card video capturing card sends no signal whatsoever. what goes wrong. i have all the techicall requirements to run my video card ( very higher on all of them). whats wrong????????
Are you captureing audio through your Capture card or through your Sound card?? Have you tried Different Capture software??
i capture through my sound card. i dont see an option about that. i tried through many software. pvr plus ( it was in the disk of the drivers of my card) virtual dub ( who can say anything about that program) is there anything i can rearrange in order to work properly?
Can you record audio from your sound card without captureing video?? I"m thinking it might be a Sound card problem so I am wondering if you can capture through your Sound Card seperately from Video capture?
i cant record audio with any video capturing program. when i try only audio without video my conexant chipset 2388x v-stream video capturer stucks and i cant think why. my sound blaster works fine with every other program. when i try to record audio from a sound record program i record ok. i cant think why when i try to record audio from a video capturing program everything stucks. even the program.(virtual dub). where is the problem?
Well I can"t see why you can capture audio seperately and video seperately but not at the same time.... You Might want to try Doing a full reformat of your PC and re-install all of your Software and Drivers from scratch as this will usually Solve any software related Problems.... Sorry I can"t help here...I"m stumped!!! Good luck
