Hi everyone, I recently deleted some of the ringtones out of my v220 and added some small 75kb mp3s. When I go into setting for ringtones to change them, it kicks me out back to the main screen. I used p2k to delete them, and put the deleted ringtones back on the phone and now it works fine again. Is there a way get gid rid off the ringtones that come with the phone without screwing up the phone?
After you delete any adio files, make sure you delete the two .db files from the audio section. When you restart your phone, it will notice that they are missing and create two new ones with all the new information.
why do you want to delete the other ring tones anyways do you reall need them gone you should have more then enough remove for mp3 ring tones....shit i have 7 mp3 ringtones on mine with all the factory ones too...when you break down the mp3 too a small file make sure to save it in mono not stereo, you do not need stereo since there is only one speaker...
