hi i'm trying to install microsoft word on my daughters laptop to do this the installation tells me iexplorer.exe needs to be closed but every time i close it in task manager process it restarts its self immediately any help would be gratefully recieved thanks i posted this in the wrong place yesterdayso hopefully i in correct place this time thanks
It wouldn't hurt to run a virus scan and anti-spyware scan on the machine. Try spybot, super antispyware and ad-aware.
thanks i had run these programs once already but tried again to double check and seems to have solved the problem so that'll do for me thanks again
