Can't connect to network computers on windows 7

    I click on network and can see all my computers that are online, but when I click on one it pops up a window and wants a password. I put in the password for that computer but it just says bad user name or password. It is also automaticly putting the user name in as the computer that I'm using and not the one I want to connect to. Is this correct?
