Cant copy files to DVD

OK sorry about this im new to all this burning stuff and dont really have a clue what i'm doing, im using nero 7.

I can burn data onto a cd but not on to a DVD data disk, does anybody have any help for me, i do have an error log if that helps.

any help woould be appreciated
