@iluvendo/blivet that's a pretty tall order. Like blivet implied, that would be a miracle. Lol. @garmoon agree, not much worth seeing lately.
@blivetNC Thanks for tip on the Beast, excellant flick. Much obliged. Saw oops, read video stores monthly release brochure, week of 12 so-so, then things heat up (19th) American Gangster, Chaos, Michael Clayton, Valley of Elah, 4 more (26th) Beowulf, Slipstream, To Kill a King, 30 Days of Night, 6 more. Remains to be seen about problems, but some possibly good ones to watch. regards, mcmenace
C'mon guys, you are Senior members. You can do it! Besides some dude named JC did all that stuff 2000 years ago, so it can't be that tough (?)
They are waiting for American Ganster, due out next week. Patience, like the previous hordes of lemmings, they too will dive off the cliffs of not reading before they post.
anyDVD showed Gone baby Gone had similar protection to saw iv, expecting to see people having trouble, did a search for thread, and found to my surprise nobody having problems with it. guess they must've got wise after saw, or didn't bother with the movie. it's average at best. corrupt cops, twists and turns, but not much action. miramax protection. next 2 weeks should be interesting, starting 19th here in USA. (see earlier post for some scheduled releases)
It does the menus as well, I didn't delve into the "bonus" junk, as that's usually what it is, filler comes to mind for some reason, however I prefer having menus to navigate the chapters easily. Individual preference. regards, mcmenace
For all those that have not tried it: DVDFAB PLATNIUM 4.0.5.1 (or higher) I read on page three about this and thought I would give it a try. removed Im going to RIP the full thing (DVD9), then Shrink it with DVDShrink3.2 . hopefully that will work, still learning out how to work DVDFAB, anyone know if you can select Audio titles with it so that you can get rid of Spanish, French and other bleep languages you dont want to improve quality?
Read the rules iksnoved - no piracy or foul language are two. There's not that many and really shouldn't be to hard to follow. Post edited.
My apologies for disobeying the rules, wont happen again. Yeah so i got done ripping Saw 4, however when i went back to shrink it with DVDShrink, I kept receiving an error message when i would start it. If i remember correctly it was " invalid dvd navigation structure ". So i just decided to Re-Rip the dvd w/ DVDFAB Platinum and then shrink it using that. This worked without a problem. Does anyone know if using DVDFAB works for Mr. Woodcock? i tried using ANYDVD and CLONEDVD2, however, that didnt work. wasnt sure if it would,im assuming it would though. Thanks.
yes DVDFab most certainly does; and *cough* searching *cough* - provides - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/612483
