    just clicking on the second title works fine for me. Using all current versions of Anydvd and Clone.....you will have problems with the first title. Good luck everyone one and may the force be with you!!

Just had to rip the disc on ripit4me as an iso then that was that not a problem afterwards. Just figured id give anyone a heads up on it

    @binkie

    I just checked the DL version I did with Imgburn and anydvd. Both the movies previewed in recode end in 95min and one that's 1:42 has black screen after the credits for about 6mins. There is only one version-unrated- and then the corrupted extended play version, that plays black screen. I also mangaed to get the extended version on a SL using ripit4me by removing <,>s and getting around abort suggestions about a dirty disc-laughable-pristine no fingerprints. The fixvts file opened in Shrink, but they were 100%, I just opened them in NeroBurningRom and burned the video_ts folder. It has the extended black screen version on it and plays. All in all a fun day playing with this one. Glad they don't all act this way.LMAO

    Edit: AnyDVD6311 also lets NeroRecode open the movie only- I elected not to go any further tho.

    To successfully copy SAW IV one needs to do the following:
    1. run ripit4me
    2. remove the bogus < > parameters from SAW IV when ripit4me points to the path or drive containing the SAW IV DVD drive

    3. the rest is a piece of cake

    I just got Saw IV and used ripit4me and copied the movie to a file on the hard drive. I then used Intervideo DVD COPY to pick up the main movie . It worked like a charm. I also had to use this same format for the movie THE GAME PLAN .You could also use DVD SHRINK to copy it once ripit4me did it's thing. I first tried DVD FAB DECRYPTER HD FREE VERSION ,when it did not work I knew ripit4me would .

    Clone DVD 2 (2.9.1.4) and Any DVD (6.3.1.0) did the trick for me. I took out the bogus movie and left everything else. Very good pic.

    I just finished watching my backup and it was fine. I used Ripit4ME and did movie only. At the end I got an error message telling me certain files did not copy and would I like to try the backup process again to which I replied no and Ripit4me continued on as usual and I backup with Dvdshrink and burned it with clonedvd. Hope it helps.

    I just downloaded 6311 anydvd beta, but I'm not updating the beta clone yet, hopefully wont have to, actually really dont like using any beta's, kinda suprised slysoft still hasn't released regular updates yet, not even since woodcock, and now saw4, all were getting are beta's and every once in a while we all know beta's cause problems sometimes, just a little dissapointed with slysoft for lagging, especially after the price increase, you would think they would have been trying harder.

    Anyway gonna try and do saw with the anydvd beta only and hope it works.

    OK, did saw with beta anydvd 6311, did not have to update beta clone, worked just fine with the beta anydvd, didnt have to uncheck title 1 or 4, kept both and deleted all other trash, worked very nice, thanks everybody for all the help and info.

    Beta versions are how we get proper versions, for any software out there; the worst that can happen with a Beta version of AnyDVD or DVDFab is that the movie doesn't quite get ripped correctly; no problem, either revert to latest stable version or wait 'til the next version fixes the problem; we are lucky these companies keep releasing so many updates..

    Hi all.... I'm a newbee but I have been addicted to A.D. for a long time. I did get Saw4 to work today. I didnt have to use the beta's at all. I used AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 only unchecking #25 and checked all of the rest. It worked perfect. Even had my son watch all of it and it was perfect.

    Thanks A.D.

    creak, oh yeah I understand they need the beta before a final release, its just that having to wait more than a week for an official is kinda pushing it, and don't forget beta's do cause problems some time, but your right it does beat a blank.

    Zo, thanks for the info on the 6 min blank title, also, remember we talked about wanting to split certain movies on 2 disc's, and I never knew clone can do it, I figgled with it and found out it can and quite easily, I'm cited lol.
