I just bout a Liteon dvd-rw drive. I have a HP computer. It orginally had a cd burner on top and a Dvd drive on bottom. I took the DvD drive out and poped my new one in. They were both on cable select. I turned on windows went to burn a dvd and windows will not let me copy any file to the wizard. It will however read dvds, on the My computer screen it says its just a cd drive. I tried changing the drives around. I swapped the dvd burner to master and the cd to slave no luck. I even unplugged the cd and put the dvd in on cable select. What am I not seeing?? Is there a driver I need I have xp
Did Nero come with the burner? If so, good! You probably just need other software to use with it, instead of the Wizard. Go here, and download other software to use with Nero, and use his step by step guides, to learn the software:http://webpages.charter.net/bacitup/ Good luck!
