itunes does not reconise my ipod classic anymore,and it could not resture it itunes said a unnown error occured.please help me
I suspect the not able to restore is a bad sign. It is likely dead. Hopefully your tunes were backed up. How old is it? They may not be making them to last like they used to. If you buy another ipod be sure to keep it under warenty. I hear they are designed to last past the initial warenty but not much past that. I have an orignial nano which keeps on ticking. If it would ever die, I would get a Sansa clip. I do not watch videos.
