I used DVD shrink to copy a dvd. I saved the file in the default location, C:\FREEWAY.ISO (Freeway is the name of the movie on the dvd). I use Toshiba Disc Creator to burn onto a disc, and from there I DO see it on my hard drive in the above location. The PROBLEM IS: I can't delete, move, or otherwise manage the file because when I open up the C drive to look at the file it is not there. I tried rebooting my computer and doing a file search. What gives??
is it hidden use web search to find out how to unhide folders in whatever OS you use, change location to where ever you want it,better still create an extended partition to hold the movie files it'll save c drive becomming defragmented edit:ccleaner has an entry for dvdshrink,it maybe able to remove the files if cleaned with it
Using Windows 7, I found that the files ended up here: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore
