cant find nero encode in 6.6.14

    how do i go about finding this feature as i need to convert mp3 to mp4 .i had this on an older version of nero.
    need help on this please

    When you updated to 6.6.4.1 did you download package 1 and package 2? Package 2 has what I think your talking about - Recode.
