okay so i had to re-install windows xp pro with the disc right, because i had a corrupt widnows file, so i did it. but i chose the option that said it would keep my files. and when i look at my available storage, theres 50gb missing, so my files must be here somewhere, right? but i cant find them, all my files, all my installed programs.. how do i access them? or..is there even a way? =\
oh i just found my old installed programs in program files but, none of them work :\ is there a way to like, re-register all those old files like they were before? ahh someone pls help n thanks in advance <3
OH and im not sure if this will help but.. in my C:\ drive i have 2 windows folders.. WINDOWS and.. WINDOWS.0 i looked at the creation date and WINDOWS is the old one. ahh i want my files n programs back sry if it seems like im harrassing this thread, i keep coming into new info which im not sure if it will be of any help >.<
