    Hi All,

Can't find setanta 1 at all, any ideas on the frequency???
Based in Herts, got all other channels apart from it. I have tried manually scanning on 419,000. Other than that i'm not sure what to do.

nope no joy there, unless im doing it wrong.

scan says 10 channela found, but only shows 3, none of them setanta. when i exit out, i can't find any new channels at the end of the channel listing.

hi there i hav scanned 683, found 10 channels, none of them say setanta, no channels found on 115. Im in a virgin area btw.

I have loads of channels like tv808 at the end of the channel listings, but they all come up as scrambled or bad channel, is it likely it could be one of these.

It's funny the only channel ie Setanta, I want is the only channel i can find.

Have you tried doing a factory default and then a powerscan, if you decide to, plug the box in closest to where it enters your home take out any splitters so that you have a direct feed, start the scan from 100.00 end at 700.00 step 8,

@HiTeck...Dan has a starview super 3 theres is no facility for a powerscan!

    Dan, if you press Menu:
    Factory reset:
    Language:
    autoscan:
    Go to sly spots :
update then you might get the missing channels

    EDIT:

If you have any splitters on the cable remove them prior to autoscanning!!

Ok basically you have wiped out all the original memory after a factory reset, so what you need to do is reload it!
    Menu.
    Factory reset.
    Language
    choose provider
Autoscan (this takes about 5 mins)
    when finnished save.
    then go to Sly spots;
and you will see a message saying updating data
it will click in then and hopefully thats you sorted

Ive done that, but when i goto sly spots, the picture just appears. There is no message about updating. It finds 401 channels, does that seem about right?
