Im trying to FTP into my xbox. Do i need to have my xbox modded in order to FTP into it? Because im modding it soon, but i just wanna make sure that FTP'ing works fine. I went into my network settings, and i used the "IP Address" IP. I used xbox as the username and password (lower case aswell). However, when i try to connect i get the following: WinSock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 0.9.7g 11 Apr 2005 [R] Connecting to 192.168.1.64 -> IP=192.168.1.64 PORT=21 [R] Connected to 192.168.1.64 [R] Connection failed (Connection lost) [R] Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1 I have a router. My internet connection runs straight from the line in the wall, to my router, and then via USB to my PC, and via ethernet to my xbox. Im not sure how to identify what type of cable the ethernet cable is? I tried connecting the xbox to my pc using it, but that didn't work. All my firewalls were turned off, and all the privelages were turned on on my firewall. Any idea's?
yes u need to have it modded and u need to have dvd2xbox so u can download the game u want to mod on/halo2 to harddrive or hdd
