Cant fully get rid of Norton please help =/

ok well its basicly gone but fo some reason this shows up in my add and remove http://www.solisearch.net/ims/pic.php?u=13778FPp2p&i=118751 and i cant remvoe it or anything ive search my pc for anything norton and its all gone ven the registry files any suggestions ?

what version of norton is it? Is it just AV or one of their software suites?

 

i donno what version it is the proram it self isnt on my pc its just shwoing in my add and remove with no option to remvoe it lol
