cant get cable channels

    can anyone help me got starview the other day but can only get basic channels what am i doing wrong

    connect your scart lead where it says TV at the back of your b0x.
    make sure your cable is connected to the "cable input" also.

    already done that it keeps saying scrambled am i surposed to connect the box to the pc

    sarah, go to menu
    press 1570 on your remote,
    press "set default key"
    EXIT back to channels
    go to s*y sp*rts & let it update.
