cant get dvd shrink to open files

    when I try to open a file it comes up with the message below pops up:

    fialed to open file : video_ts.ifo

    although i thought reinstalling dvd shrink would fix the problem it dint.

    If anyone has any ideas on resolving this problem it would be most appriated.

    Re-rip the dvd to get new files. The ifo file might be corrupted for some reason.

    You should open the video_ts folder. The IFO file is a file that contains the info your for your dvdplayer on chapter, audios etc - like a roadmap.
    What did you rip with? Full movie or main movie only? Did you only pick certain files? What movie are you doing?
