Can't get .exe files to run from virtual drive

    I downloaded an iso, and mounted it in a virtual drive. I'm then trying to run a .exe file located on the iso, but when I try I get the message: windows cannot the specified device, path or file... I'm hoping to find a way to get it to do so I've tried copying the file to my PC and such, but it won't allow any of that. Suggestions?
