Ive spent about 5 hrs now trying different software thinking its the wrong one but no matter where I look for games, after extracting them using zip compression tool, and drag and drop the files into my R4 memory card, they wont load or just dont appear in the menu. What am I doing wrong? Here is what I have: R4 (Upgrade Revolution for DS (SDHC.com)) Kingston Micro SDHC 4GB memory card The following software/firmware loaded onto card - R4-R41-English -v1.26 according to bottom screen, Obtained on purchase site of Card and has the follwing info loaded: Moonshl2, Moonmemo, R4iMenu, R4.dat, SWRESET. It loads onto DS fine, when I activate games, Moonshl2 comes onscreen, but wont load saying alot of stuff before going to folder list. I have tried software as follows: from SDHC.com - English 1.32 kernel, and from other sites English 2.02, and 1.26 but wont load for me just giving me white screen with menu and a question mark. So presuming I have the right software, why wont games load properly or at least appear on the games screen?? Thanks. Im technical enough but this is new to me!! Please help
just got my first game loaded and working (but c**p game of course for testing!!) So I think im sorted. Have to say though, I learned alot from reading through the forum! Thanks to everyone for giving their time to do this kind of stuff to help others
Thanks all the same. Even tho I feel really stupid now, cause I gave my email adress when I signed up to one of the rom download sites, unfortunately im in for a lot of spam id say. I actually thought you had to subscribe to certain sites to get games to download!! Typical first timer!!
