can't get into menu on Digivox xl ...HELP

    Got a digivox yesterday set it up scaned in all the channels and then went into user setup to turn emu on typed in 1570 nothing happened put in 1004 nothing is there another code or another way of turning emu on ...

    Go to main menu Scroll down to System Information, press OK to enter System Information menu.
    On your remote control press 1 0 0 4, Key Emu should now be visible on the screen Change “Key Emu” to ON Exit menus and return to TV mode.Go to a scrambled channel and wait for update.

    probably have to flash it first with v.1220 to allow u use menu and do a factory reset first-menu factory settings-0000 to delete,power off box/on then flash/update.scan ur provider and menu-system info.- 0k 1004 key emu to on.
    check what vers u have in system info.
