cant get past error 5

    i soft modded my xbox and my avalaunch and xmbc worked great but i, unknowingly, unlocked my hd through configmagic- big mistake. i definitely dont have a modchip and i definitely cant get past the error 5 display everytime i turn on the xbox... what do i do guys??? thanks

    Do u have ur eeprom backed to pc?? if u dom u can make a new boot cd and lock it with that, or upgrade it, if not u prob need a mod chip,

    thanks dude but i dont have it backed up... how would i go about doing the new boot cd? will it even read it?
