cant get sat signal

    i down loaded new bin everything fine but when i did factory reset now i cant get sat signal. do i have to move dish.before my signal was good.

    You will have lost your channel listings by loading in new bin, You did save your list before loading new bin didn't you? If not do a scan.Factory reset will have wiped all channels out.

    You will have to do all your antenna settings again.
