i have tried 50 billion times 2 do it i wait 4 the dash 2 come up i have winxp and when i go 2 swap drives and scan 4 hardware changes it freezes up or does not detect the f--king thing i have version 1.1 or 1.2 i have xecuter 2.3b some 1 please help me b4 i throw my xbox at my computer and set it on fire ............................................
Hi To be totally honest you need to EXPLAIN in detail what your attempting to do. As your post is rather difficult to fathom out. if your attempting to install a larger hdd to your xbox then its really simple. (as long as your xbox is booting the modchip "and has an evox bios flashed to it") If its doing all above plug in the new Hdd and then use a evox dash disc to rebuild a dashboard on said new Hdd. slr441, here is a link to a "Swap Trick" tutorial. I have personally "Swap Tricked" 30 or more Xboxs and I can tell you that it works. PM me if, after you read this tutorial, you are still having problems. http://www.supertrick.net/tutorials.asp If you have a chip you can always just use ConfigMagic and unlock the drive and switch it to the other computer normally. Don't know exactly what the goal of your work is though. Good luck!
