"cant initialize aspi manager"

    need some help. I have intervideo windvd creator. IM tryin to make movies from clips I have collected, but when I go to burn to dvd it said cannot inialize aspi manager. I downloaded some nero aspi managers but I get the same response. Any help appreciated.

    starting to wonder if IM the only one with this problem. Wish intervideo actually had customer service. I know what product I wont be buying again.

    hey thanx for the help. I downloaded that file but when I went to open it it said the zip was corrupted and wouldnt open.
