Can't Install Flip4Mac on macbook

I downloaded it straight from the site and It's sitting on my desktop as Flip4Mac.WMV.mpkg the icon is a white blank page...Whenever i double click it it doesn't do anything...It looks like it's going to do something, but in the end nothing happens..

Any suggestions as to what I can do?

 

re-download it. your description of the icon doesn't sound right.

 

I did...I've redownloaded it about 5 times and each and every time it unzips to the desktop it's the 'white blank page'.

 

have you tried downloading from a different source?

 

No, but I'm sure it would be the same seeing as how I downloaded it from the Original site. I think it has something to do with my mac...I think I'm missing something because the icon should be the orange box...

 

i would try a different source. If that didnt work i would make a new user and see if that user has the same problem.
