cant install nero 7

    when i try and install the install wizard never comes up then when i go to run setup.exe it says is not a valid win32 application i have been trying all morning i almost intears please help

    Sounds like a corrupt download. You may need to download again.

    i have the disk its brand new just out the package
    i haven't downloaded anything

    Ahhh. Then that is odd. I have not heard of that with the retail version.
    I can tell you the download of the newer version will work with the serial number you got with the retail box. Try the 7.0.14b from nero site. Make sure you go down and take the checkmark out of yahoo toolbar before downloading. The toolbar (not supposed to) but could add problems you dont want.
