I had nero 7. I also had nero 6. but when i was stuck with a virus it deleted all my serial numbers. When i try to re-install the program it tells me i am running in safe mode on my comp. So I restarted my comp, selected boot windows normally, and still same problem. Can anyone help me. It wont let me install any other programs because of the same issue.
look on you computer and see if you have a "PC System Recovery", go back to a date when none of this was going on. if not use you original disk and reboot your computer if it is locking up on you. good luck!
