Can't Install Windows becuase stuck in Fatal Error blue screen

I am receiving this error.

Bad_System_Config_Info

Stop: 0x00000074 (0x0000003, 0x0000002, 0x80087000, 0xc000014c)

I have tried starting in Safe Mode and also in various options in the Advanded Options Menu. I was told by Dell I needed to reinstall Windows but I cannot get past this blue screen.

Can someone please tell me how to install Windows in Advanced Options menu? It will start start up in any mode that I try. Also, will I lose all of my data saved on my hard drive?

Most likely faulty RAM. I would try replacing or selectively removing RAM (if you have more than one stick).

I did install new RAM and it did not change the outcome. Still stuck in blue screen.

 

Well, it's still possible that the motherboard or some other hardware component is fault.

BSOD are more often caused by bad hardware, especially if the occur before the OS is installed.
