i just installed 5.0 m33 firmware and tried to load an eboot. i put it in psp/game. the eboot was in its own folder. i shortened the name of the eboot, even tried deleting the .pbp extension. i keeps showing up as corupted file. it a good eboot cause it plays perfect on epsxe on my desktop. what do i need to do to make it work. this is the first time ive used custom firmware. thanx for any help i can get.
Okay, here are a couple of things to look into: 1). Make sure that the name of the folder and the name of the eboot are the same. 2). Do you have the eboot and the keys file in there as well? 3). Did you set the kernel to the 1.5 kernel in the recovery menu? If that doesn't work out, try looking at this question I posted about a year ago.
