can't open comport

    Hi
    My m8s got starview2 THE BOX but the problem is that when i try to flash it with the nw firmware it comes up with error "can't open comport" tried com port1,2,3, but no luck at all.
    no other programme is using the comport, did any1 come accross this error and if so how did u solve it.
